- CT appearance of mesenteric fat and vessels "sandwiched" between two nodular layers of mesenteric lymphadenopathy
- Highly suggestive of mesenteric lymphoma
- Usually non-Hodgkin's variety (NHL)
- Mesenteric masses occur in 30-50% of patients with NHL
