Hemangiopericytoma



  • Glomus tumor  

    • May occur anywhere in bone, soft tissues, liver, etc.  

  • Skeletal lesions are rare  

  • Most commonly have local pain  

  • Usually in young adults  

  • Solitary  

  • Most common in terminal phalanx of finger  

  • Lytic, expansile, hypervascular on angiography.
