Consists of
Calcinosis
Calcinosis circumscripta
Usually of hands
Reynaud’s phenomenon
Sclerodactyly
Telangiectasias
Telangiectasias arise only on skin or mucous membranes of upper extremities or mouth
Telangiectasia is uncommon in scleroderma
Internal organ involvement, except for GI, is less common in CRST
