Early CT follow up: Wasting time?
	l Average doubling time for small solid nodules is about five months. l It’s unlikely that a tiny nodule will grow more than 1 mm in 3 months l If we can’t be sure that a nodule has grown, it makes no sense to follow these tiny nodules in 3 months.
