Nasogastric Tubes Whoops
	• Most commonly malpositioned of all tubes and lines • May enter trachea and bronchi or curl in esophagus • Perforation usually involves cervical esophagus • Can also perforate stomach • Indwelling tube leads to G-E reflux • May cause esophagitis and stricture
